Cinderford Town Under 11 Colts became the latest Town side to reach the semi final of their cups this weekend with a resounding win over GVR Chalford.  Going into the game needing a win to qualify or a win of more than +10 goals to win the group the Colts put on a sensational display of football to win 18-0 and qualify as group winners.

Goalscorers were Harvey Edwards x4, Jake Wassell x4, Taylor Blaby x4, Holly Brown x2, Aaron Singleton x2, Jason Heaphy and Oliver Stamp-Dunstan.  Holly Brown also getting player of the match.

The Colts will now face Ashelworth Woodpeckers in the semi final on March 14th.  They follow the Under 12s, Under 10s, Under 8s and Under 8 Colts who have all made the semi finals so far this season, with the Under 9s in a good position to qualify as well.

Elsewhere the Under 12s kept up their excellent league campaign with a 3-0 win of Hardwicke.  Despite the game being abandoned by the referee mid way through the second half due to the horrendous weather that came out of nowhere, the result will stand.  Goalscorers were Taylor Blaby, Josh Horrobin and Brandon Donnelly with Isaac Phelps getting man of the match.

The Under 15s played on the 3G pitch vs FC Lakeside and ran out 5-3 winners to take the team top of the Cheltenham Under 15 division 2 league.

The Under 10s, 9s and 8s all put in excellent performances as well to make it a very successful weekend of football.
